Pneumatic
DEPA pneumatic pumps are high-performance positive displacement pumps that provide solutions to customers in a wide range of sectors.
These pumps consist of two opposing pumping chambers, separated by two diaphragms that divide the air and product zones. The compressed air that drives the pump enters through a valve that directs the airflow alternately. This actuates an inner piston that connects the two diaphragms, generating two movements: product delivery in one pumping chamber and suction in the other.
These pumps are ideal for gentle transport without shearing. Additionally, they can work with fluids containing suspended solids, making them perfect for applications in the food sector. Their completely sealed design, free from bearings and mechanical seals, as well as the possibility of supplying them entirely in stainless steel, also allow them to be applied in the beauty and pharmacy sectors.
Helicoidal
Salomon pumps are positive displacement pumps designed for the transfer of both light liquids and highly viscous pastes, even if they contain suspended solids.
These pumps have a rotor and stator for pumping. The rotor is a helical screw, with high pitch and eccentricity, suitable for each pump size, which rotates inside the stator. The output flow is practically uniform and without pulsations, and fluids of any viscosity are pumped without turbulence or agitation.
Salomon pumps allow for easy stator type change, making them highly versatile pumps capable of adapting to the characteristics of a variety of different products.
