The MICROMIX agitator is highly versatile equipment that adapts to a wide range of processes and products.
The main characteristic and fundamental difference with respect to other agitators lies in the intense shearing produced by the rotor/stator type turbine. This turbine also combines a double action (mixing and shearing) on the product as it passes through the head, achieving the reduction of the size of poorly soluble solids without agglomerates or making emulsions of fatty products in water base, uniform, and stable.
