The TRLL rotary screeners are designed to sieve and standardise homogeneous powdery products. Thanks to their easily disassembled design, they are ideal for use in the pharmaceutical and food sectors, as they allow for quick and easy cleaning.
They feature a rotor that rotates the sieve attached to it in a cartridge-like shape, and a breaker ring (in a fixed position) equipped with three blades, with a diameter variable according to the type of screen installed. The wide variety of rotors and sieves make it possible for both granulation and grinding of the product as complementary operations, providing great versatility to the machine.
Generally, these devices are constructed from AISI-316L stainless steel, but upon request, they can also be manufactured from other materials.
