The TRI-CHOP granulating mixer has been developed to optimise the mixing, granulation, and drying processes of powdered solids in a clean environment, without handling, resulting in a significant reduction in losses. In a single manufacturing operation, the TRI-CHOP mixes, wets dosed liquids, granulates, and dries. The TRI-CHOP features a dual agitation system that combines a three-blade impeller for the mixing process and a chopper cutting shaft that, along with the drying action of the equipment, achieves the granulation effect. Its mixing time is very short (less than 3 minutes) and all processes are integrated into a compact, easy-to-clean unit.
