The conical granulating screener is designed and built according to GMP standards, for sifting and homogenising all types of crystalline and dusty products quickly and in an airtight manner. The conical screener is a versatile equipment that can function as a sieve (TGC/LL) or as a granulating mill (TMC/LL), depending on the type of transmission and sieve installed.
This equipment has been specially designed for use in the pharmaceutical and food sectors, as it is easily disassembled machinery to facilitate cleaning.
They include a rotor onto which different types of conical sieves can be attached for sifting and/or granulating. The change of these screens is extremely simple.
The equipment can include a breaker, installed in the centre of the sifting chamber, consisting of a shaft equipped with three sets of blades and a lower set of blade types.
Available in mobile or fixed execution.
