The SLFL/LAB fluid bed dryer is designed for use in laboratories or pilot plants with batch sizes ranging from 1 to 5 L. It is a versatile equipment that allows powdered products from any sector, pharmaceutical, chemical, or food, to be dried, granulated, and encapsulated. The drying processes can be carried out by selecting the temperature using resistors that allow reaching working temperatures from 30 ºC to 120 ºC, or even drying at room temperature. The drying times will depend on the initial product and the applied heat. The granulation processes are carried out by applying additives through a nebuliser gun (Top Spray). The coating processes of particles or previous supports (pellets) with paraffins or similar are carried out through an injector (Bottom Spray) via the Wurster tube.
