SIGMA automatic tube packaging machine

The SIGMA sealing and packaging machine is designed to automatically fill liquid, creamy, or fluid paste products into metal, plastic, or laminated tubes, depending on the required model.

This equipment is especially suitable for use in the cosmetics and food industries as it is entirely constructed of stainless steel, ensuring easy and quick cleaning.

It features a volumetric dosing system with a pneumatically driven cylinder that is easily adjustable and a tube accumulator that dispenses them to the dosing unit automatically and in a controlled manner.

We offer two different models depending on the material of the tubes to be filled:

• SIGMA-P, ready to fill and seal plastic or laminated tubes, features a hot air sealing unit with interchangeable digits for marking codes or dates and a burr cutting unit.
• SIGMA-K, ready to fill and seal metal tubes, with a tube folding unit for closure that also includes interchangeable digits for marking codes or dates.

Both models are equipped with a coding seal for the side of the tubes, product feeding hopper with level probe, tube counter, and control panel with PLC.
