The coaxial DISSOLVER agitator is a process equipment designed for mixing and dispersing operations of products, both liquids and with a viscosity of up to 1 million centipoises. This agitator offers exceptional performance in industrial applications requiring precision and efficiency in the dispersion of both liquids and viscous products.
These are high-performance equipment, equipped with two mixing systems, with independent motors and adjustable speed to the process. The central main shaft is equipped with a cowles-type dispersing disc, which stands out for its high shearing capacity.
This system is complemented by a coaxial driving blade, which rotates around the tank, pushing the product towards the vortex generated by the turbine. At the end of the blade, a scraper, usually made of PTFE, is installed. The scraper is adjustable to the inner diameter of the tank and sweeps the walls to prevent impurities from forming. The combination of these two agitation systems makes the coaxial DISSOLVER ideal for complex dispersion processes.
As with our entire range of industrial dispersers, the DISSOLVER coaxial agitator can be fitted with a lid to work under vacuum, if the product requires it, guaranteeing high quality results in every operation.
