The coaxial DISSOLVER agitator is a process equipment designed for mixing and dispersing operations of products, both liquids and with a viscosity of up to 1 million centipoises. These are high-performance equipment, equipped with two mixing systems, with independent motors and adjustable speed. The central main shaft consists of a cowles-type disperser disc with high shear power. This system is complemented by a coaxial driving blade, which rotates around the tank, pushing the product towards the vortex generated by the turbine. At the end of the blade, a scraper, usually made of PTFE, is installed. The scraper is adjustable to the inner diameter of the tank and sweeps the walls to prevent impurities from forming. For processes that require it, this equipment can incorporate a lid prepared to work under vacuum.
