The ROTOMILL mill allows for the dispersion and ultrafine grinding of both fluid and medium viscosity suspensions, if they can be pumped.
Thanks to its horizontal design, it allows bead charge to be homogeneously distributed, tripling its effectiveness compared to the vertical tank mill.
With the ROTOMILL, beads of different diameters and materials (zirconium oxide, alumina oxide, glass, steel, etc.) can be used depending on the required fineness, achieving a median size of up to 2 µm.
We have a model suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries, equipped with a stainless-steel chamber, featuring a new separation system using a filter and a new arrangement of agitation discs. This allows for the use of smaller microbeads, significantly increasing fineness, and increasing the outlet surface area, resulting in reduced processing time.
