PLAMIXER planetary mixer

PLAMIXER planetary mixers allow products with a wide range of viscosities to be processed. They are particularly suitable for products that are difficult to process, such as mixtures with a high solids content in very small dispersion vehicles that are difficult to mix.

The models from 30 to 700 L are assembled with only one lifting column for the head and from 700 L to 3,000 L, due to their size, they are manufactured with a very robust construction consisting of two lifting columns.

The main features of this equipment are as follows:

• Head lifting system by means of a hydraulic power unit.
• Scraper blade that conveys the product to the mixing area.
• Set of 2 or 3 mixing blades (depending on the size of the equipment) that move orbitally and upon themselves.
• Cover head prepared to work under vacuum.
• Possibility of incorporating a tank with double chamber for cooling and/or heating.
• Possibility of incorporating, depending on the product and the requirements of the process, a high-speed shaft with cowles disc.
