PEN-2000 gravimetric packaging machine for drums

The PEN-2000 gravimetric packaging machine has been designed to fill packaging or drums directly from a pallet, without the need for displacement and with the intervention of only one operator.

It allows liquid or pasty products of medium to high viscosity to be dosed, and the filling volume control is carried out using a weighing platform.

We offer two different systems for the translation of the dosing head:

• The cartesian system allows the filling nozzle to be automatically positioned in an X-Y plane, as it has two columns supporting a horizontal motion guide on which a second perpendicular motion guide carrying the nozzle slides. The movement of both guides is pneumatically driven.
• The radial system allows the nozzle to be semi-automatically positioned, as it has a guide with a single pendulum motion support manually adjustable to 240º, over which a second perpendicular and pneumatically driven motion guide carrying the nozzle slides.

Depending on the type of product, three different types of nozzles can be installed: for foamy products, for liquid or non-foamy viscous products, and for high viscosity products.
