The vertical helical spiral mixer is designed for the mixing and drying of solids with similar fineness. It allows products to be homogeneously mixed in ratios of 1:1000,000 in very short processing times while avoiding particle breakage.
The combination of moderate rotation speed and a spiral mixing design that decreases towards the cylindrical-conical body creates an upward flow along the body’s wall and a downward flow through the centre, promoting mix homogeneity.
One of its main advantages is its loading versatility, being able to work with a minimum load of 15% and a maximum of 80%.
