The MPS blades crusher mill is ideal for grinding wet and/or fibrous products such as vegetables or pharmaceutical products with a certain degree of moisture, or for conditioning materials that cannot be processed directly in a microniser due to their initial size. This mill allows particle size to be controlled, as it incorporates a static perforated sheet sieve.

Its operating principle is based on particle size reduction through cutting by stainless steel blades. These blades, depending on the product to be ground and the desired particle size, can be double-edged, with a sharp and rounded edge, or with a single sharp edge.

At the customer’s request, it is possible to supply the equipment with a reverse rotation inverter for the drive motor and blades with a rounded edge, so that they function as hammers.
