The microniser separator mill (MMS) is the ideal equipment for fine and ultrafine grinding of a wide variety of products, from soft to semi-hard.
The operation of this mill is based on particle breakage by impacting them on the rotating grinding surfaces, the hammers, or pistons. Thanks to the high speed of the rotor, which allows reaching linear speeds of up to 120 m/s, particle sizes between 8 and 10 microns can be achieved, depending on the product.
The design of this mill incorporates a dynamic air classifier that allows for the separation of particles based on their size. Additionally, it is possible to precisely control the distribution and cut in the separation thanks to the variable speed of the fan.
