The TRI-CHOP granulator mixer has been developed to optimise laboratory work involving mixing, granulation, and drying of powdered solids. In a single manufacturing operation, the TRI-CHOP mixes, wets dosed liquids, granulates, and dries. Thanks to its mixing time, less than 3 minutes, the TRI-CHOP achieves excellent quality in the dispersion of minor solids in a completely clean environment. We have a duplex model that allows two bodies of different capacities to be assembled, offering the possibility of carrying out two different batches in the same equipment. Optionally, they can incorporate a fluidisation system at the bottom using dry air, which helps to dry more quickly.
