The Duplex and Triplex DISSOLVER agitators are designed for mixing and dispersion operations. They combine slow mixing using a triple-blade with a high-power disperser turbine or intermediate-speed mixing with a marine propeller or transverse blades.
The slow-speed blades promote mixing by causing the product to pass through the cowles disc, thereby preventing the formation of a vortex. This system is ideal for processes involving viscous products, as it allows for a higher degree of mixing.
For processes that require it, this equipment can incorporate a lid prepared to work under vacuum or with pressure.
