Vertical endless screw dosing unit, suitable for solid, granulated, or powdered products. Ideal for packaging small batches of up to 6 kg.

The dosing is carried out thanks to vertical screw feeder, with a diameter to be determined according to the product to be packaged. The dosing control is weight-based: upon reaching the programmed weight, the scale sends a stop signal to the screw and a closing signal to the flap valve.

The microprocessor incorporated in the equipment allows data input with the following functions:

• Weight reading for each dose.
• Auto-tare of containers.
• Weighing totaliser and total dosed weight.

Versions are available for desktop and with a support base for floor installation.
