The big-bags unloader is a device designed for the controlled unloading of sacks, including those products with low fluidity, such as talc, titanium dioxide, etc.
The standard version features a lifting system, either electrically or hydraulically driven, which allows for lifting and positioning the big-bag vertically for emptying. The unloading module enables raising and lowering of the big-bag, while the vibrator facilitates the emptying of the sack, especially for products prone to clumping.
The Big-Bag unloader is complemented by a dosing unit, with the most common being the screw conveyor. This can be adapted in length and inclination depending on the receiving unit for the product.
We also offer a version of the DOSYBAG unloader with a transportable cage system, ideal for partial unloading, provided that the products are fluid, as it allows the big-bag to be removed even if it has not been completely emptied.
