DOSIFIX volumetric filling machine

The DOSIFIX filling machine allows the volumetric dosing of liquid or viscous products with a certain fluidity in glass bottles, plastic bottles, jars…

Its operation is totally pneumatic, by means of a piston with adjustable speed and it can be fed by gravity (by means of a hopper, with configuration according to the client’s needs) or by suction (connected to a pump by means of a fitting).

Two models are available, depending on the volume to be dosed:

• The DN-300: allows dosing product from 30 to 300 cc. Possibility of dosing quantities of less than 10 cc with additional pistons of less volume.
• The DN-1000: doses quantities from 100 to 1,000 cc. Lower quantities can be dosed with additional pistons of smaller volume.
