The CT granulators allow obtaining granules with maximum regularity, whether through dry or wet processes, with a minimum of powdery fraction and with yields much higher than oscillating machines with multiple heads.
They feature one or two horizontal rotors with hexagonal profile bars, rotating at an adjustable speed according to the nature of the product, forcing it to pass through a metal mesh or perforated plate sieve.
These granulators are the ideal equipment for conditioning cakes into granular form, facilitating subsequent drying in the synthesis and fine chemical industry in general. Additionally, they are also essential equipment for tablet and pill manufacturing.
