The V-shaped solid mixers are known for their effectiveness in mixing from 1 to 100,000 parts and their ease of cleaning. The laboratory version is designed to produce small batches of product and/or for the development of new formulas and product mixing processes, with results scalable to industrial mixers.
Like the industrial version of this equipment, they can optionally be equipped with a lumps’ breaker shaft and a liquids’ injector. Depending on the temperature of the product to be injected, this can be done either by pump (liquids at room temperature) or by pressurised tank (hot liquids). The UVE-MIX model, unlike the BL models, allows the assembly of two V-shaped bodies with different total capacities, and these are interchangeable.
Lleal also manufactures another mixer with interchangeable bodies. This mixer allows the use of BIN-type drums, V-shaped bodies, or conical bodies, with a capacity range ranging from 1 to 35 litters total. This equipment has a bench that houses the drive unit and the electrical panel, with an arm for supporting and rotating the mixing bodies.
