The BC biconical blender performs a gentle, shear-free mixing and homogenisation process of solid/solid and solid/liquid in powder, flake, or granular form.
By rotating at a specific speed and due to its characteristic shape, it creates a tumbling of the product inside with smooth sliding and crossing currents. As a result, we obtain a homogeneous mixture without using deflector blades or other mechanical devices.
It is the ideal equipment for non-intensive blending and batch homogenisation.
