Mobile filtering units
Every production process requires, at some stage, some filtration process. That’s why Lleal offers a range of filtering units composed of a transfer pump (model and type of pump according to the product characteristics) and a basket or bag filter that evenly distributes the liquid across the entire filter surface, resulting in a constant flow distribution without turbulence effects.
These units are highly useful for manual packaging, ensuring that the product is filtered to the desired particle size, as they allow sieves with mesh size to be inserted according to requirements.
Lleal presents the complete unit installed on a stainless-steel trolley, for easy transport, with the set of inlet and outlet hoses (materials to be chosen according to the product to be transferred).
The equipment can be adapted with accessories such: anti-foaming pulse damper, flow meter, dosing gun (manual/automatic), pre-filters, etc.
