Our Evolution
From our humble beginnings in the early 20th century as a small mechanical workshop to our modern facilities in Granollers, we have constantly evolved in the industrial sector.
New Facilities and Expansion
The move to these new facilities has allowed us to:
- Grow in exports
- Expand our catalog
- Be pioneers in Spain by installing laboratory rooms, offering advice to our clients and pre-purchase verification
Offerings in the food industry
Among our current offerings for the food industry, the MMS Separator Mill stands out. It allows high-production grinding or processing of delicate products. This equipment also separates particles according to their size and controls their distribution.[rl_gallery id=”40958″]
We have recently optimized this mill with a lid-separator lifting system, providing greater robustness and facilitating maintenance and cleaning tasks. This technical improvement is a significant advantage for the food industry.
Essential Equipment
Another widely used piece of equipment in the food industry is our Cutter Mixer. It is designed to grind, emulsify, and homogenize in a closed bowl in very short times without overheating the product. Continuous Growth
In recent years, at Lleal, we have experienced growth of over 25% compared to the previous year. For the future, we are working on launching a new verification and validation area, where our clients will be able to perform all FAT verification tests.
Key to Success
As we highlighted in the interview with Tecnifood, our internal investment has been key to our success. Over the past year, we have:
- Continued investing in our laboratories
- Incorporated a new customer service room
- Renewed analysis equipment
- Worked on a pilot plant for the cosmetics industry
- Implemented custom management software and digitized our entire production plant
Commitment to Sustainability
Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in projects such as:
- The photovoltaic installation, which has allowed us to be energy self-sufficient
- Achieving a neutral carbon footprint, obtaining the Reduzco 21 and Reduzco 22 seals, and we are currently in the process of obtaining the Reduzco 23.
