Degree / Training / Required qualifications for the position
  • Knowledge of CNC programming.
  • Machining programming and interpretation of blueprints.
  • Middle or Higher-Grade education is an advantage.
Relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in a company within the sector as a First Grade Machinist.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND MAIN ACTIVITIES

Specific machining process operations in your work area:

  • Perform CNC programming operations on milling machines, lathes, and boring mills using technical drawings and controlling the obtained parts.
  • Milling machine programming, according to machining parameters.
  • Perform these operations under established quality, safety, and timing conditions.

First-level maintenance of the equipment and auxiliary means used, applying established quality control procedures.

Adherence to Quality and Environmental Standards:

  • Follow guidelines to maintain the quality of the final product.
  • Efficient natural resource management and proper segregation of the waste generated.

Reporting to the technical office manager, you will be responsible for the mechanical development of projects assigned to you within established deadlines and requirements.

Qualifications / Training / Qualifications required for the position
  • Higher Technical Certificate in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems.
  • Higher Technical Certificate in Electromechanical Maintenance.
  • Industrial Mechanical Assembler.
Relevant experience
  • 5 years of experience in the sector. Drawing interpretation.
  • Experience in assembly and repair of machinery for processes, pressure works, vacuum, and mechanical sealing assemblies.
  • Experience in electrical repairs and installations at a medium level.
Observations
  • Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulics, and machining (lathe, milling machine) will be valued.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Knowledge of languages highly valued.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND MAIN ACTIVITIES

Machine assembly operations:

  • Perform machine assembly operations following the specifications indicated on the drawing.
  • Achieve established quality, safety, and timing conditions in production.
  • Assemble, repair, commission and adjust mechanical systems.
  • Assemble, repair and commission pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems for equipment and industrial machinery.
  • Perform machining and joining operations in assembly processes of equipment and industrial machinery.

Maintenance of the equipment and auxiliary tools used:

  • First-level maintenance applying established quality control procedures.

Mechanical resolutions of the after-sales department:

  • Start-up of machinery or installations.
  • Maintenance and repairs of the equipment both at Lleal and at customer site:

Under the supervision of the after-sales manager, you will be responsible for the assembly and repair of different parts of the manufactured machinery.

Design of the assembly drawing:

  • Preparation of drawings and 3D modelling of machinery for the process industry.

Development and study of mechanical designs.

Structural analysis of machinery.

Creation of exploded views and bill of materials for subassemblies.

Performing calculations.

Preparation of hydraulic diagrams.

  • Follow guidelines to maintain the quality of the final product.
  • Efficient natural resource management and proper segregation of the waste generated.

Reporting to the department head, you will be responsible for electrical manufacturing of machinery: electrical panels, automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
