Delivery of five reactors for the manufacture of chemical products.

Granollers, 21th June 2023. Final touches on the reactors that we will soon install in a company in northern Europe, dedicated to the manufacture of chemical products.
This project consists of 5 units with different capacities (between 1000 and 2000 L):

• Two Duplex reactors with heating chamber, one with double upper agitation (for mixing and dissolving products of different viscosity) and the other with upper and lower agitation, for mixing and emulsion.
• Two other Simplex reactors with eccentric agitation, to avoid centrifugation of the product inside and to improve mixing.
• A fifth reactor, with a helicoidal blades for the mixing of solids without the risk of particle breakage.

All of them are prepared to work under vacuum and are equipped with product weight control.

We distribute our equipment all over the world, either directly or through our wide network of collaborators. In addition, we provide technical assistance anywhere in the world to respond to any need wherever you need us.
