We incorporate a new design of the lid in the MMS Mill

Granollers 20th February 2023. We are finishing the assembly and verification works for the delivery of a new MMS microniser classifier, destined to an important multinational in the chemical sector. On this occasion, it is an MMS-500 model, with a throughput of up to 800 kg/h.

As a innovation, this MMS-500 mill incorporates a dynamic lid-separator lifting system, driven by an electric motor. This new system not only simplifies the design, but also makes it more robust. Another of its advantages is that the elevation of the head will will make maintenance and cleaning tasks easier, as the whole inside of the equipment is more accessible.

Lleal MMS microniser classifier have been specially designed for grinding semi-hard and heat-sensitive products. Thanks to the high speed of its rotor, this equipment can obtain particle sizes of between 5 and 10 µm (depending on the properties of the product to be ground) and precisely control the size distribution of these particles.
