The Duplex and Triplex DISSOLVER agitators are designed for mixing and dispersion operations with highviscosity products. These mixer agitators combine a slow agitation system using a triple-blade with a high-speed turbine and high dispersion power or an intermediate-speed agitation system equipped with a marine propeller or transverse blades.
The slow-speed blades promote mixing by causing the product to pass through the cowles disc, thereby preventing the formation of a vortex and ensuring homogeneous dispersion. Thanks to this configuration, the DISSOLVER Duplex and Triplex are able to achieve a higher degree of mixing in processes with viscous materials, without compromising the integrity of the product.
The combination of slow agitation with high-speed dispersion provides a perfect balance between homogenisation and shear. In addition, this mixer agitator for viscous products is highly versatile, allowing its configuration to be adapted to the needs of the manufacturing process. For processes that require it, this equipment can incorporate a lid prepared to work under vacuum or pressure, or even have heating or cooling jackets for the product.
