PEN/COMBI gravimetric packaging machine

The PEN/COMBI gravimetric packaging machine has been designed for both packaging and sealing containers in a single unit. It is equipped for dosing liquid or pasty products of medium to high viscosity, controlling the filling volume of containers through a weight platform.

Its design is robust, with high performance and accuracy in dosing, and easy to clean, making it a very productive piece of equipment.

We offer two models, both for wide-mouth packaging:

• PEN-30/COMBI for filling from 3 up to 30 kg.
• PEN-60/COMBI for filling from 5 up to 60 kg.

The addition of the lids can be done manually or automatically, depending on the need. The container sealing station allows for the installation of two types of modules:

• Metallic disc for snap closure (suitable for plastic containers).
• Pail lid crimping device (for metal packaging).

Depending on the type of product, three different types of nozzles can be installed: for foamy products, for liquid or non-foamy viscous products, and for high viscosity products.
