The PB and SBC solid processor is a complete solid treatment system that allows powdered material at any percentage to mixed gently and precisely, even with different densities and granulometries. It is especially suitable for thermosensitive or crystalline products. It mixes with liquid addition, completely extracting the water from the mixing process. Its main advantage is that both processes, mixing and drying, can be carried out in a single unit, reducing operating costs. Additionally, the drying cycles of the processors are considerably shorter compared to static dryers.
