Granulating screener with conical sieve, especially suitable for processing wet, granular, or crystalline products, whether pharmaceutical, food, or active.
It has a rotor to which the conical sieve (in a fixed position) is attached, and a breaker ring composed of two blades, which drags the product towards the sieve and breaks any possible clumps. The wide range of breakers and sieves make it possible for both granulation and sifting of the product, as well as complementary operations, providing great versatility to the machine.
They are constructed entirely of stainless steel and are easily disassembled, facilitating their cleaning.
Available in mobile or fixed execution and can be loaded and unloaded by gravity or vacuum, as needed.
