In our laboratory, you will also have the opportunity to test the effectiveness of our equipment with your product and compare the performance of different technologies for the same process, thus being able to choose the best option with the highest guarantee of success. You can also carry out scaling studies based on tests in the pilot plant.
And at the end of the entire testing and trial process, you will receive a detailed report of the results conducted in our laboratory, thanks to our state-of-the-art instrumentation and analysis equipment.
If your sector is cosmetics or pharmacy, we offer our ISO-8 certified cleanroom to test your processes under the conditions required by your product.
Lleal’s laboratory provides you with instruments that will allow you to verify the performance and functionality of our equipment for your process.
We checked the homogeneity of the samples by determining the content of actives using HPLC. If your product does not have any active analyte in the UV-VIS, we have a battery of markers (iron oxide, riboflavin, etc.) that will allow us to verify that your product has been mixed correctly.
In drying processes, it is essential to always control the level of water present. We use two techniques, thermobalance and the Karl-Fischer titrator, to reach the endpoint with total assurance.
In any type of grinding, the initial and final particle sizes are the parameters that define the quality of the process. We employ two particle size analysis devices, allowing you to determine the PSD and also the shape of your particles.
In the manufacturing of emulsions, pH, homogeneity, and droplet size are important parameters to define the quality of the obtained product. Additionally, you will be able to check if your product withstands the test of time with our stability analyser.
