The entire food chain must be part of the One Health strategy.

Granollers, 9 june 2023. On the occasion of World Food Safety Day, the Barcelona Food Safety Forum was held on 7 June. This year was especially focused on the challenges that climate change implies for the entire food sector and in general for all industries involved in the food chain.
In the fifth edition of this forum, Lleal wanted to participate as sponsors and attend as listeners to to hear the concerns and proposals of the different professionals involved in food production.

The new scenario that climate change and globalisation are forcing us to seek joint solutions in order to become Ecocentrists. In this new scenario, ensuring food safety throughout the chain (from farm to fork) takes on an extremely important role: we must all play an active part in the One Health strategy.

Lleal will continue to work, as always, closely with our customers in the food industry to provide more sustainable equipment, with maximum product control mechanisms and with a throughput that guarantees the quality of the final product.
